Anant Shrivastava has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade in various roles and companies. Anant began their career at Persistent Systems as a Module Lead from 2009 to 2012. Anant then joined IBM Global Process Services as a Senior Software Engineer, where they developed and implemented personalized client solutions using JAVA programming language expertise. From 2016 to 2019, Anant worked at Société Générale as a Technical Architect/Manager, where they focused on behavior-driven development, agile transformation, and microservice-based architecture. Anant then moved on to Hilti Group as a Senior Technical Architect, where they designed enterprise-level technical, application, and system architecture. In 2021, Anant joined Ubisoft as an Enterprise Architect & Engineering Manager, responsible for designing the future architecture and selecting SAAS/PAAS solutions for the organization. Anant also served as the Leader of the Tools and Platform Department, providing technical and delivery management, coaching, and people management. Currently, Anant Shrivastava is the Head of Software Engineering at CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. KGaA, where they manage geographically spread-out and remote engineering teams, ensures profitability of development processes, and leads modernization efforts for the company's current environment.

Anant Shrivastava completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from SSGMCE College Shegaon (S.G.B. Amravati university) from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade education with a focus on maths and science at Vivek Jyoti H.S.School from 1994 to 2005.
