Deborah Shepard

Deborah Shepard is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in market development and management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Market Development Specialist at CHA Consulting, Inc. since April 2018, Deborah previously held roles such as Market Development Specialist and Assistant Marketing Manager at Laberge Group and PEF Membership Benefits Program, respectively. Deborah's marketing expertise was further enhanced during a 13-year tenure at BBL Construction Services, where responsibilities included leading marketing initiatives for a major Design-Build and Construction Management firm. Deborah began her career as a Marketing Coordinator at United Group of Companies and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University at Albany.
