Jonathan Kim, CPA, currently serves as the Manager of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development at CHA Consulting, Inc., where responsibilities include leading the sell-side process for the sale of ownership over CHA Consulting to H. I. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Senior Financial Analyst in Corporate Development & Venture Capital at Voyager, overseeing diverse teams in various initiatives. Jonathan's experience also encompasses a role as Senior Associate in Corporate Finance at Kroll, managing financial due diligence for M&A transactions primarily in the technology, healthcare, and consumer products sectors. Earlier career roles include positions at EY as an Assurance Staff and Analyst, focusing on the Media & Entertainment industry, along with a Finance TA role at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and internships at EY and Hanmi Bank. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
