Rick Werley

Rick Werley is an experienced professional in sales and marketing, currently serving as an Agency Partner at Acrisure, LLC since August 2023. Additionally, since January 2015, Rick has held the position of Vice President and Partner at Chadler Solutions. Rick has been with The Chadler Group, Inc. since May 1992, where responsibilities include new business production, account management, and consulting, along with developing strategic partnerships and providing sales and marketing consulting. The agency operates across multiple areas of risk management and human resources. Rick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Public Relations from Rutgers University, obtained in 1992, and is a graduate of Lenape Valley Regional High School.
