Tatyana Rector

Tatyana Rector, MBA, CPA, Six Sigma, currently serves as the Director of Revenue Accounting and Process at Chainalysis since 2024. Prior experience includes a tenure at AvidXchange, Inc. from 2014 to 2023 as Senior Director of Revenue Accounting and Finance Operations, where the organization experienced significant growth following its 2021 IPO. Previously held positions include Controller/Director of Financial Reporting at Wells Fargo between 2008 and 2014, and Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Compass Group SA from 2004 to 2007, where responsibilities involved financial analysis, reporting, and managing a significant divestiture. Tatyana holds an MBA in Finance from the International Management Institute of St Petersburg, a Master of Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Art in Accounting from Saint Petersburg State University.
