Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Design at Chainlink Labs since May 2023, Navdeep focuses on creating decentralized systems that enhance trust through cryptographic guarantees. Prior to Chainlink, Navdeep held the position of Senior Director of Design at Okta, where design strategy and execution were pivotal in guiding startups toward funding. As Head of Design & Product at Hypersonix Inc., Navdeep led design and product initiatives for an AI-driven platform aimed at enterprise revenue growth. A former Director of Design & Innovation at SAP, Navdeep managed major design projects integrating innovative technologies like AI and IoT. Navdeep’s career includes founding Fishbowl as Co-Founder and Product Head, and leading design at SourceN Inc. as Creative Director and Practice Lead.
