Amit Keswani Manghnani has a strong background in the retail and e-commerce industry. Amit has held various leadership positions at notable companies such as Chalhoub Group, PT MAP Aktif Adiperkasa, PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk, Valiram Group, Exclusively.In, and JSM Corporation Pvt. Ltd.
Most recently, Amit served as the Chief Omnichannel Officer at Chalhoub Group, starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Customer Officer at the same company from February 2023 to June 2023.
Before joining Chalhoub Group, Amit worked at PT MAP Aktif Adiperkasa as the Chief Digital Officer from June 2020 to March 2023. Amit also held the position of Vice President Marketing and Digital from July 2019 to June 2020, where they were responsible for all marketing, e-commerce, and CRM initiatives.
Earlier in their career, Amit worked at PT. Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk as the Vice President of Digital Initiatives from April 2019 to January 2020. Amit also served as the Vice President of eCommerce & CRM at the company from December 2014 to March 2019.
Amit's experience also includes their role as the Vice President of Digital Enterprise at Valiram Group from September 2012 to November 2014. Amit was responsible for managing specialist retail brands in both downtown and travel retail environments.
Prior to that, Amit worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at Exclusively.In, an e-commerce group specializing in Indian fashion and home decor, from May 2011 to April 2012.
Amit's career began at JSM Corporation Pvt. Ltd. where they held the position of Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Retail from March 2009 to May 2011.
Throughout their career, Amit has demonstrated expertise in omnichannel strategies, customer experience, digital initiatives, marketing, and CRM within the retail and e-commerce industry.
Amit Keswani Manghnani completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Esade from 2018 to 2020. They also earned another MBA degree from Aalto University during the same time period. In 1991-1992, Amit attended Bradenton Academy. Additionally, they obtained an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Aalto University.
