Gaelle Chamma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in brand management and business development, currently serving as Senior Brand Manager at Chalhoub Group since December 2015, where previous roles included Regional Senior Business Development Lead, Regional Senior Commercial Executive, and Regional Retail Executive. Prior to this, Gaelle worked at Montreal Medical International with a focus on continuous improvement, successfully managing a transformation project to enhance patient care and collaborating with over 150 stakeholders. Additional experience includes industrial engineering at Pratt & Whitney, where Gaelle was recognized with the Capstone Design Award, and process improvement engineering at Bell Flight, earning the title of Cohort Best Performer. Gaelle holds an MBA in Strategy, Leadership, and Management from Concordia University and a Master's in Management focused on Retail and Luxury Management from ESSEC Business School.
