Lynn Al Khatib has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lynn most recently served as the Vice President Communications at Chalhoub Group, starting in October 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Group Head of Communication at Chalhoub Group since August 2021.

Before joining Chalhoub Group, Lynn worked at Nestlé as the Nutrition, Health & Wellness Communication Manager from June 2019 to August 2021.

Lynn also has a long tenure at Nestle Middle East, where they held various positions. From September 2013 to August 2021, they served as the Spokesperson, Head of Internal Comm. & Media Relations. Additionally, between February 2007 and August 2021, they held roles including Nutrition, Health & Wellness and Internal Communications Manager, as well as Corporate Nutritionist.

Lynn's work experience also includes a role as a Therapeutic Dietician at Emirates Hospital from June 2005 to January 2007, and a Research Assistant position at the American University of Beirut from July 2004 to June 2005.

Lynn Al Khatib obtained a Master's degree in Nutrition and Food Science from the American University of Beirut, from 1998 to 2004.
