Shawn Davey has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Shawn is currently working as the Director of Creative at Chalhoub Group since October 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Group Head of Creative Operations at the same company starting from April 2022. Before joining Chalhoub Group, Shawn was the Head of Art Direction at Selfridges from November 2020 to March 2022, and previously held the position of Senior Art Director from March 2019 to November 2020. Shawn also worked as a Senior Art Director at Portas from July 2018 to March 2019. Shawn has extensive experience in art direction and design, having served as an Art Director at THE OUTNET.COM, Net-a-porter Group from December 2013 to July 2018, and as an Art Editor from June 2011 to December 2013. Shawn started their career at &&& Creative, where they held various positions including Art Director from June 2010 to June 2011, Senior Designer from June 2009 to June 2010, and Designer from June 2007 to June 2009.

Shawn Davey completed their education history with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours degree from the London College of Communication, University of the Arts London in the field of Information Design. Prior to that, they obtained an HND and an HNC in Graphic Design from Havering College of Further and Higher education. Shawn also holds a BTEC National Diploma in Graphic Design from the same college.
