Sujith Stephen is a seasoned professional in operations management, currently serving as the Senior Operations Manager for Omni Channel at Chalhoub Group since May 2021. Prior to this role, Sujith held various positions at Al Tayer Group from February 2008 to May 2021, including Operations Manager for Bloomingdale's Middle East and E-commerce and Operations Manager for Bloomingdale's Dubai. Sujith's early career included roles such as Operations Executive and Facilities Executive at Bloomingdale's Dubai, as well as Operations Assistant at Harvey Nichols Dubai. Sujith holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a Higher National Diploma in International Business and Strategy from the Scottish Qualifications Authority.
