Doron Laufer

Doron Laufer serves as the Group Head of Procurement at Challenge Group since August 2015, leading global procurement operations with a specialization in fuel, carbon emission allowances, and airborne equipment. Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies that align with corporate objectives and managing a team of procurement professionals. Prior roles include Procurement & Global Performance Manager, where Doron oversaw aviation fuel sales agreements and environmental commodity trading strategies, and Senior Quality Assurance Manager at CAL Cargo Airlines Ltd., where quality and compliance were central focuses. Doron's earlier experiences include production planning and performance analysis at Ceragon Networks and project management at Ergo Consulting Group. Doron holds a Master's degree in Technology Management from Holon Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Shenkar.
