Fikrat Musazade

Fikrat Musazade is a seasoned professional in business control and revenue management, currently serving as a Business Control and Revenue Management Analyst at Challenge Group since March 2023. In this role, Fikrat analyzes revenue performance and develops market-level strategies to enhance profitability and inform data-driven decisions. Prior to this position, Fikrat worked at Digerati as a Commercial Analyst from September 2019 to March 2023, where responsibilities included sustaining sales and commercial functions for a diverse B2B portfolio and establishing new partnerships. Fikrat also gained experience as a Digital Marketing and Commercial Intern at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2018. An alumnus of ADA University, Fikrat holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics earned between 2015 and 2020.
