Dennis Diotallevi is a seasoned executive consultant and leader with extensive experience in career transition and executive search. Since 2011, Dennis has served as a Senior Executive Consultant at Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc., where a compassionate and proactive approach has empowered displaced employees in their job search journeys. Additionally, Dennis holds the position of Chairman Emeritus at Search USA, Inc., having previously led the firm as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1984 to 2011, overseeing executive searches and fostering strong client and candidate relationships. Dennis began their career as an Executive Recruiter at Management Search, Inc. from 1982 to 1984, applying expertise across various industries.
