Lauren Loranger

Lauren Loranger serves as the Director of Coaching Services-Implementation at Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc., a position held since May 2003. In this role, Lauren manages weekly statistical reporting for coaches, guides a team to achieve significant efficiency, and ensures client satisfaction through effective resolution of concerns. Lauren also mentors coaches, develops training modules, and leads team-building webinars. Prior to this role, Lauren was a Job Search Coach at Challenger, Gray & Christmas from 2007 to 2009 and held the position of Group Staff Manager in Leadership Development at Evangelical Lutheran Church from September 1994 to May 2003.
