Tracye Brogden

Tracye Brogden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and job search consulting. Currently serving as a Job Search Strategist at Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. since 2012, Tracye provides consulting and training in job search strategies and interviewing techniques. In addition, Tracye holds roles as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Consultant and Director of Human Resources at Miracapo Pizza Company, and is the Founder of both Delta Pearl Investments, LLC, and Global Businesses Incorporated. Previous positions include Human Resources Director at Calumet School District, Human Resources Manager at Little Lady Foods, and Employee Relations Manager at MillerCoors. Tracye’s early career included leadership roles at Culligan International Company and Mondelēz International. Tracye holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
