Kristen Heckel

Kristen Heckel, M.A. EdHD, currently serves as the Product Director and previously held the position of Senior Product Designer at Challenger since October 2019. With experience as a Content Product Designer at Verizon Media, Kristen designed training materials for call center agents and evaluated their effectiveness. Prior roles include Manager of Training & Development at SOC Telemed, where organizational training initiatives were managed and a learning culture was promoted, and Content Product Manager at HealthStream, responsible for managing content for the PX division. Early career roles included administrative support at Fabre Engineering & Surveying and front desk responsibilities at Graf Clinic and Pensacola Christian College. Kristen holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership & Learning from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a concentration in Medical Office Administration from Pensacola Christian College.
