Fred McCarter

Fred McCarter is the CEO of Lucky Dog Transport since March 2003. Fred also does contract programming work in Visual Fox Pro. Fred has experience as an Application Engineer at GrowthPlay since November 2005 and previously at Chally from November 2005 to December 2014 before it was purchased by GrowthPlay. Prior to that, Fred worked as a Contract Application Design and Support at Petrobras America Inc from January 1998 to January 2003. Fred's background includes being an Engineer at SOFTWARE INFORMATION GROUP from 1983 to 2003. Fred completed their education at Fairmont West High School, Kettering Ohio, and furthered their education at Wright State University, University Texas, and Houston Community College System.
