Michael Gruca has extensive engineering experience, notably as a Product Engineer at Champion Laboratories. Prior to this role, Michael served as a Shear Engineer at Pacific Press and Shear from October 1973 to December 1985, where responsibilities included the design of hydraulic shears and the development of structural components, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Hydraulics from Western Illinois University, where studies took place from 1971 to 1972.
