Our focus is on businesses with solid industry fundamentals and identifiable opportunities to grow organically and/or through acquisitions. Although we adopt a flexible and opportunistic approach to investing, the following criteria best articulate our “typical” investment targets:
  -EBITDA ranging between $3 million and $10 million principally in consumer, retail distribution, healthcare, and niche manufacturing sectors
  -Established history of sales and profit growth
  -Products or services that are clearly differentiated and that satisfy a market need
  -Companies that are looking not only for capital for also for operation-oriented business partners to build the business
  -Strong management team in place, if not, externally recruited managerial talent identified and available
