Lena Lee

Lena Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lena currently serves as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Chan Zuckerberg Biohub since November 2019. Previously, they worked at Zenefits for four years, assuming various roles including People Operations Manager and HR Operations Analyst. Prior to Zenefits, Lena worked at Xamarin as a Senior HRBP and at One Medical Group as an HR Business Partner. Lena also had a significant tenure at Microsoft as an HR Manager for the Yammer division and at Yammer, Inc. as an HR Generalist. Prior to their HR career, Lena worked at RockYou as a Human Resources Administrator and at the City and County of San Francisco as a Senior Legal Process Clerk. Lena began their career as a Teller at Wells Fargo and gained early HR experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Macy's.

Lena Lee completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Davis in 2007. Lena also obtained a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the Society for Human Resource Management in January 2012.
