Caitlin Westerfield is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in developing educational technologies and data analytics. Currently serving as a Tech Lead at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative since January 2021, Caitlin spearheaded the creation of Readiness Checks, an automated assessment tool designed to enhance classroom instruction.
