Donghui Li is a Senior Technical Program Manager at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative since July 2017, focusing on AI/ML research and leading the development of a pioneering patient registry tool for rare disease studies. Prior to this role, Donghui co-founded and served as Director of Product Development at Phoenix Bioinformatics Corporation, enhancing research data utilization and serving on the management team. At Carnegie Institution, Stanford University, contributions included developing the TAIR bioinformatics platform and managing international research collaborations. Additional experience encompasses serving on the User Advisory Group for Biocreative and conducting postdoctoral research at UC Berkeley. Donghui holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Cambridge, along with a Professional Certificate in Biotechnology Business and Marketing from the University of California, Berkeley, and both MS and BS degrees in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Peking University.
