Dan Powers is currently the Project Director at Chancerygate, where he oversees operations in the Midlands region for the UK's largest multi-unit urban logistics property developer and asset manager. Prior to this role, he served as a Project Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle for nearly a decade, specializing in Project Management, Building Surveys, Contract Administration, Dilapidations, Commercial, Industrial, Refurbishment, and New Build projects. Dan also has experience as a Building Surveyor at RVB Investments and Davis Langdon. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building surveying from Coventry University.
