Karan is also an honorary member of the Management Board at Chandigarh University, recognized as the first student and alumni to receive this honor. Previous roles include Community & Growth Manager at Smartstaff, where Karan led social media and content strategies, and Senior Growth & Community Specialist at Amar Ujala Limited, responsible for creator community programs and event marketing. Karan's extensive experience spans various growth and community management positions at Coding Ninjas and other organizations, along with strong skills in growth marketing, brand management, and community building. Karan holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering from Chandigarh University.
