Michael Rasmussen is a seasoned legal and compliance professional currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Chandler Asset Management, Inc. since March 2023. Additionally, Michael founded United Atlantic Legal Services in April 2022. Prior roles include General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Kore Capital and positions of increasing responsibility related to compliance and legal counsel at Dakota Wealth Management and Spearhead. Earlier in the career, Michael worked as a Compliance Consultant at Foreside Financial Group and NRS - National Regulatory Services, and as an Examiner at FINRA. Academically, Michael holds a Doctor of Law degree from Nova Southeastern University, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from the same institution.
