Frances Coady

Frances Coady is an experienced professional in the field of training and development, currently serving as the National Learning and Development Delivery Manager at Change, Grow, Live (CGL) since September 2015, following a tenure as Learning and Development Manager for the North and Midlands. Prior experience includes working as a Regional Trainer at Crime Reduction Initiatives (CRI) from December 2013 to September 2015, where Frances focused on developing and delivering effective training to empower staff. Previous roles include serving as a Substance Misuse Worker at Swanswell and a Drug Worker/Facilitator with HM Prison Service. Currently pursuing an MSc in Organisation Design and Development at the University of East London, Frances also holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of East Anglia.
