Julienne Ng

Julienne joined Change Machine as the Assistant Director of Data and Research in July 2022. In her role, Julienne develops and leads data strategies for the organization that optimize data-driven decision making and maximize Change Machine’s impact.

Julienne brings a range of experiences to Change Machine. Before joining the team, she worked in the K-12 education sector, coaching and training schools, and non-profit organizations to use data for continuous improvement. Julienne has also worked as a research biologist where she led international field trips collecting lizards and plants, and published over 30 research papers.

Julienne has a Ph.D. in Biology from the University of Rochester, and received dual bachelor’s degrees in Science and Information Systems from the University of Melbourne.
