Alan Wong

Alan Wong is an experienced engineering manager currently leading two teams at Change.org since August 2021. Prior to this role, Alan held various positions at Mavenlink from October 2015 to July 2021, including Team Lead, Engineering Manager, Software Architect, and Principal Engineer, where Alan focused on team management, cross-team communication, and enhancing development workflows. Alan's earlier career includes significant roles at Lookout as a Senior Software Engineer, Adobe as a Web Platforms Engineer and Intern, and Yoono as a Software Developer Intern. Alan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in 2010.
