Barrie Loydall

Barrie Loydall is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and engineering leadership. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Change.org since September 2018, Barrie previously held key roles at OZY Media, including Director of Engineering, where responsibility encompassed directing teams across multiple countries in application development, and as Lead Web Application Architect, contributing significantly to the development of the OZY website. Prior experience includes a decade at Abacus e-Media as a Senior Web Application Developer, also notable work as a self-employed web developer and in IT support for Portsmouth City Council. Barrie began a professional career in Geographic Information Systems at East Midlands Electricity and Perot Systems Europe. Barrie Loydall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Portsmouth.
