Rhythm Agarwal

Rhythm Agarwal is an experienced product designer currently serving as Lead Product Designer at Change.org since November 2024. Prior to this role, Rhythm held multiple positions at LinkedIn from November 2018 to October 2024, including Product Design Lead for SEO, Acquisition & Activation, and Senior Product Designer for Onboarding & Retention. Earlier experience includes a User Experience Designer role at Lutron Electronics and a Graduate Student position at Carnegie Mellon University. Rhythm's career began at InMobi as a UX Designer, followed by an Interface Design Internship at the University of Applied Sciences Western Switzerland and a Graphic Design Internship at Graphic Communication Concepts. Rhythm holds a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
