Ryan Herubin

Ryan Herubin is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leading technology initiatives across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Change.org since July 2024, Ryan is focused on establishing the organization's mobile presence. Prior to this, Ryan spent over six years at Talkspace, where Ryan held the position of Tech Lead, managing the Lasting engineering team, a division within Talkspace. Ryan also served as Lead Engineer at Lasting, known for its widely recognized couples counseling app. Earlier roles include Lead Engineer at GoHappy, where Ryan contributed to an intentionality app, and a progression from Senior Engineer to Principal Engineer at Snagajob. Ryan began the professional journey as an Application Developer at Pembrooke Occupational Health after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with a focus on Computer Programming from Virginia Tech.
