Kurran Hawksley is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture management. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at Changing Lives since January 2021, Kurran has held various HR roles including People and Culture Business Partner and People and Culture Manager. Previous experience at Proserv from November 2013 to May 2020 included roles such as Regional Transition Manager for MEA, where leadership involved transitioning procurement operations to India, and Learning & Development Manager, responsible for launching a Proserv academy and conducting assessment centers. Kurran also served as Regional HR Advisor for MEA, focusing on transforming HR into a strategic business partner post-restructuring. Early career experience includes International Operations Executive at Coastal Safety International. Kurran holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Northumbria University and completed GCSEs and A levels at Pocklington School York.
