Peter van Cingel possesses extensive experience in various managerial and engineering roles, primarily at Refining NZ, where responsibilities have included Business Opportunities Manager, Commercial Manager, Refinery Economist, and Product Scheduler since July 2002. Prior to Refining NZ, Peter held positions such as Procurement Manager at Invensys APV Systems, National Inventory Manager at Fletcher Aluminium, Director at the Small Business Group, Business Consultant at Logistics Systems Installation, and Senior Field Engineer at Schlumberger Wireline Testing. Educational qualifications include the EY Darden Executive Programme in Strategy, Leadership, Global Acumen, and Entrepreneurship from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) with First Class Honours from The University of Auckland.
