Sian Gray has a diverse work experience in marketing and media. Sian also planned and executed marketing strategies for Factual content, including high-profile titles such as David Attenborough's Green Planet and the BBC's environmental season.

Sian Gray completed a BA in English Literature from the University of Birmingham from 2008 to 2011. In 2012, they obtained a CELTA certificate from the University of Cambridge. Recently, in 2022, they completed a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson.
