Minyan Gu is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in solution architecture and software development. Currently serving as a Senior Solution Architect at BGL since April 2019, Minyan has previously held several leadership roles at The Red Flag Group, including Technical Director for eLearning, where the development of a cloud-native Learning Management System (LMS) was a key focus. Minyan's expertise also encompasses managing software development departments and leading architectural teams to innovate and enhance technology solutions. Prior experience includes six years as a Senior Software Developer at PSA Parts Ltd, with a specialization in large-scale, multilingual e-commerce applications. Minyan holds a Master of Science in Risk Management and Financial Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Computing, both from Imperial College London.
