Chris Hirst is a partner in Chapman’s Banking and Financial Services Department and Commercial Lending Group.
Chris represents and advises lead arrangers, administrative agents, lenders, corporate borrowers, and private equity sponsors in a wide range of middle-market to large-cap financing transactions. Those transactions include syndicated and bilateral facilities, senior and mezzanine facilities, first lien/second lien facilities, unitranche facilities, cross-border financings, and leveraged acquisition financings.
Chris also has extensive experience representing lenders in food, beverage, and agribusiness financings and regularly advises clients on issues relating to federal and state grower-lien statutes, cooperative structures, and farm credit system lending. Chris also regularly represents lenders in the construction and engineering space.
