Shannon Burke is Chapman's Director of Talent Development and Diversity. She works on all aspects of professional development, including administration of new professional development and mentoring programs, facilitation of internal professional development curriculum, competency and staffing models, and training and development. In the diversity space, she coordinates the firm’s attorney resource groups as well as the firm diversity programming.
Shannon previously worked as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Law at Chicago-Kent College of Law, the Associate Director of Educational Programming for the American Bar Association and as an attorney at an Illinois law firm.
