Will Carpenter is an associate and member of Chapman’s Banking and Financial Services Department and Commercial Lending Group. Will’s practice focuses on documenting, negotiating, and managing financing transactions for a wide variety of borrowers, investment companies, and banks, including traditional ABL financings, term loans, unitranche facilities, SPV financings, subscription line facilities, and various types of secured notes. He also has experience negotiating security documentation in dozens of foreign jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Chapman, Will practiced law at Skadden.
