Phil Lanier

Phil Lanier is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in digital engagement and technology project management. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Engagement at Chapter & Verse since February 2017, Phil previously held the position of Director of Technology at SMITH from January 2014 to February 2017. Between November 2004 and January 2014, Phil worked as Technology Director and Associate Partner at Ascentium / MWR, leading technology projects for prestigious clients including Microsoft and AT&T. Phil's responsibilities encompassed solution design, web/application development, business analysis, and technology strategy. Phil began their career as a Project Lead at Aurora Consulting and as a contractor for Seattle Public Utilities. Phil holds a degree in Informatics from the University of Washington, earned between 1999 and 2003.
