Ashley Granda is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Chapters Management Group since March 2023. Prior to this role, Ashley held positions as a Human Resources Partner at HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital and SSM Health St. Louis, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and employee benefits. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, completing the degree in May 2023, and has a foundational education from Southwestern Illinois College from 2011 to 2014.
