Prior roles include Catering Manager at Brigham Young University and various operational leadership positions at Creminelli Fine Meats, LLC, Frito Lay, FlexLeg, LLC, and Peterson Advisors, LLC. Additionally, Gianni has worked as an Operations Consultant at Northern Pioneer Healthcare and served as Executive Director at Sonoma Healthcare Center. With an MBA in General Management and a BA in International Relations from Brigham Young University, Gianni combines academic knowledge with practical expertise in organizational management.
