James Dugan

James Dugan has over 30 years of work experience in the finance industry. James started their career in 1987 as a Staff Accountant at J.H. Cohn LLP. In 1989, they moved to Heller Financial as a Senior Financial Analyst-Leveraged Funding. In 1993, they joined Salomon Brothers as an Associate-Treasury Group. In 1996, they were hired by CIT Group as an Assistant VP-Pricing & Planning, where they managed 6 Analysts and coordinated the annual budgeting process for a $9 billion division. In 1999, they became the Controller at Comstar Interactive Corp, where they generated financial statements and forecasts for a telecommunications service provider. Lastly, in 2004, they joined CHARGE Anywhere. LLC as the CFO & Director of Operations, responsible for all financial, operational and human resource-related activities for a SAAS-based mobile and e-commerce payment solutions provider with customers worldwide.

James Dugan earned their MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business between 1991 and 1993. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Accounting from University of Richmond - Robins School of Business between 1983 and 1987. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Financial Forecasting with Big Data from LinkedIn in April 2020 and holds a CPA.
