Yuval Ben-Ami has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Yuval began their career as a Deckhand in the Israeli Navy from September 2014 to March 2015. Yuval then progressed to the role of Deputy Team Leader of Naval Weapons Officer from March 2015 to September 2017. Following their military service, Yuval joined Indigo in September 2017 as a Sales Team Lead, leading the sales team until November 2019. Yuval then transitioned to the role of Customer Service Lead and Project Manager from November 2019 to June 2022. Currently, they are a Product Manager at Chargeflow, starting in June 2022. In this role, they prioritize customer satisfaction by analyzing their needs, manages product strategy based on customer feedback and market analysis, and focuses on generating value for customers and supporting the business strategy.
Yuval Ben-Ami pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Business Management from The Open University of Israel from 2020 to 2024.
