Neal Rosenblum

Neal Rosenblum is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience leading recruitment strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as Sr Director of Global Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning at ChargePoint since March 2025, Neal has previously held key positions at Pure Storage, PayPal, JPMorgan Chase & Co., WePay, GoDaddy, and Apple. Notable achievements include building the talent acquisition framework at PayPal, leading West Coast Tech Recruiting at JPMorgan Chase, and establishing the recruiting function at WePay, where the workforce expanded from 45 to over 500 employees. With a strong focus on candidate experience, data-driven decision-making, and diversity and inclusion, Neal has demonstrated a commitment to creating engaging recruitment processes that reflect the employer brand. Neal holds a BA in Political Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
