Prasita Kutty

Prasita Kutty serves as the Global Head of HR and Vice President of Employee Experience at ChargePoint since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as HR Director for Finance, Legal, and Engineering at Western Digital, and Senior Director of HR at Fitbit, where responsibilities involved supporting executive leaders and managing a large employee base across multiple countries. Prasita has also held HR leadership roles at Dolby Laboratories and LG Electronics, providing strategic support and guidance to various business units. Early career experience includes significant HR positions at Infosys and Ness Technologies, managing employee relations and HR functions. Prasita holds an MBA in HR and Finance from St Joseph's Institute of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore, India.
