Maddie O'Meara is a seasoned product strategy and design consultant with extensive experience in the healthtech sector and enterprise applications. Currently, Maddie serves as a Product Strategy & Product Design Consultant at MCO Design Consultancy and as a Senior Product Designer at Chariot, contributing significantly to the development of features for moving company CRM software. Previous roles include Senior Product Designer positions at Siro, Modern Treasury, and Twin Health, focusing on AI-powered solutions and payment operations. Maddie also has experience as Product Designer III at Virta Health, where impactful user research and design strategies enhanced patient engagement. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes founding PacePlay, an iOS app for endurance training. Maddie holds a Master’s degree in Management Science and Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Stanford University, complemented by ongoing UX design education at the School of Visual Concepts.
