Mike Johnson

Mike Johnson has extensive experience in engineering and product management, currently serving as Product Manager and Lead Member of the Technical Team at Charles Industries, Ltd. since March 2009. Prior to this role, Mike was a Project Engineer at ITW Industrial Fastening from January 2007 to March 2009, managing pneumatic fastening tool design projects for industrial applications. From 1999 to 2007, Mike held the position of Senior Design Engineer at ITW Paslode and worked as a Design Engineer at Grayhill from May 1997 to June 1999, where support was provided for standard products and manufacturing issues were assessed and solved. Mike holds an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
