David Walls

David Walls serves as Vice President at Charles River Associates since January 2021, following a tenure as President of Alternative Energy Consulting, LLC from August 2020 to January 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Partner at Guidehouse after its acquisition of Navigant in October 2019, where Walls was Managing Director of Navigant Consulting, Inc.’s Energy Practice, overseeing a team focused on various aspects of energy consulting, such as Grid Modernization and Risk Management, from April 2002 to November 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Director at Arthur D. Little (1991-2002), Senior Engineer at GE Aviation (1986-November 1991), and System Engineer at GE Power & Water (1979-1986). Walls holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
