Michelle Chapman RPIA (Fellow) is an experienced town planner currently serving as a Sessional Academic First Nations Tutor at Charles Sturt University since July 2022. As the Director and Principal Town Planner at All About Planning Pty Ltd since September 2003, Michelle leads a consultancy that offers comprehensive planning services across Australia. Additionally, Michelle has held the position of Consultant Town Planner for the Lord Howe Island Board since 2010 and previously operated as a Town Planning Consultant from 1999 to 2003. Past roles include Special Projects Planning Officer at the Local Government and Shires Association of NSW and Town Planner positions at Leichhardt Municipal Council and Moree Shire Council. Michelle holds a Master's degree in Town Planning from UNSW and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning with Honours from the University of New England.
